A brachioplasty, or “arm lift” removes excess sagging skin under the arm. Often after weight loss you notice excess skin under the arms. Sometimes the fullness that accumulates in the arm area is just fat, or a combination of skin, fat, and even loose muscle. Excess fat is removed with liposuction. Excess skin is removed from near the elbow to the armpit. The scar is placed an inconspicuous location along the inner arm. Some scarring will be visible.

Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) Testimonial:
“Last year I lost nearly 100 pounds. I was so happy with the weight loss and I had even entered marathons, but I felt like my arm were like batwings and slowing me down. I’m a nurse and met Dr. Coan at one of the hospitals he was working at. I saw firsthand the work he did and so for me there was no other choice. He made my arms look great and the scars are almost completely gone. Best thing is I’m now back running and no more floppy arms to slow me down!” CM
