You can expect your DiamondGlow results to last for several weeks. You will notice a 72-hour plumping effect after your treatment. You can extend the life of your DiamondGlow results with medical-grade skincare products and routine at-home maintenance.

You can typically expect your DiamondGlow results to last approximately 4-6 weeks. We recommend patients come in every 4-6 weeks for optimal skin maintenance. For best results, we recommend continuing a medical-grade skincare regimen in between treatments.

We would not recommend using retinol immediately prior to your DiamondGlow treatment. By doing so, this compromises the skin and can lead to more irritation. Should you forget to discontinue your retinol in advance, we can still treat you, we will just opt for a less aggressive diamond tip.

DiamondGlow can help with acne scarring to some degree. We offer other skin resurfacing treatments, such as Morpheus, that are better suited to help with both active acne and acne scarring.

We recommend avoiding certain skincare products, such as retinols, tretinoin, or retin-A, as well as exfoliating products for 2-3 days. These types of products can be harsh on the skin and lead to compromised skin, leading to higher risk of post-procedural skin irritation. We recommend discontinuing these products a few days prior to your DiamondGlow facial.
