With A Warm, Caring Staff and Stunningly Natural Results,
Our Approach to Surgery is Anything but Plastic
If you are interested in skincare, you have probably heard of, or even visited, a medspa before. Medspas offer nonsurgical aesthetic services under the supervision of a licensed physician or plastic surgeon. There are many different medical aesthetic treatments to choose from today, and some can even be combined to boost your results! Read on to learn more about why combining your treatments may be beneficial to you.
Medical aesthetic treatments have become more popular than ever, as they are non-surgical solutions to signs of aging and common skin issues that require little to no downtime. In fact, while these treatments may have been stigmatized in the past, they are now a normal part of keeping up with your appearance. Both men and women can enjoy the benefits that these treatments offer, including reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne, scarring, and more! At Care Plastic Surgery, we offer a large selection of medspa treatments including injectables, skin resurfacing, skin tightening treatments, body contouring, laser treatments, and more to help you look and feel your best.
While all medspa treatments can be performed solo, some can also be combined in order to help you achieve even better results. Some of the most common combination treatments include:
Combining both Botox® and dermal fillers is a very popular treatment option. Botox® is a neuromodulator that works by temporarily freezing the muscles in the face that contract and cause dynamic lines and wrinkles. Dermal fillers, such as Juvéderm®, are hyaluronic acid-based injectable treatments that help to smooth lines and replace lost volume. Together, these treatments can help to combat signs of aging for a refreshed look. Learn more about our other injectables.
Chemical peels are an effective treatment for fine lines, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and more. During this treatment, a special chemical solution is applied to the skin to help eliminate dead skin cells. This treatment can be combined with dermaplaning to help further rid the skin of damaged skin cells, bacteria, and peach fuzz. During dermaplaning, a special tool is dragged across the skin at a 45-degree angle, sloughing away unwanted debris.
At our office, we carry many dermatologist-approved skincare products including SkinCeuticals®, EltaMD®, and SkinMedica®. These skincare products can be used along with your aesthetic treatments to help maintain results and keep your skin healthy and glowing.
No matter which skincare treatment you are interested in, you should always consult with a skincare specialist to discuss your unique skin needs and goals. At Care Plastic Surgery, we understand that no two patients are alike, which is why we take the time to speak with you regarding your individual goals and expectations to create a unique plan for you.
