Your transformation journey begins with a consultation!

At CARE Plastic Surgery, our top priority is to truly understand YOUR aesthetic goals and to partner with you on your unique surgical path, guided by the expertise of double board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Brian Coan. Throughout your cosmetic surgery journey, you will connect with various members of the CARE team, all devoted to helping you achieve your desired outcome. Here at CARE, we understand that there is not a “one size fits all” plan, and that’s why we are excited to unveil our five-step process, tailor-made just for you.

Step 1: Let’s Get Acquainted

The magic begins with a phone call. Our professional concierge team will create a patient chart for you, gather some initial details, and seamlessly submit your inquiry to our surgical coordinators.

Step 2: A Personal Touch

Our surgical coordinators will contact you within 24 hours to gather additional information about your aesthetic aspirations and health history. Our team will take time to answer any questions you may have about pricing and timelines. We will also set you up with a HIPAA-compliant patient portal that can provide you with information and insights regarding your procedures of interest. Our patient portal also allows you to watch videos created by Dr. Coan giving brief explanations of our most popular procedures. This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with Dr. Coan’s amazing work!

Step 3: Snap, Click, Connect

Once you have reviewed your paperwork, upload photos of your desired treatment areas and give us a little heads-up with a quick call or text. Dr. Coan will then review your images and craft initial recommendations.

Step 4: Navigating the Path Ahead

Once Dr. Coan has reviewed your photos and made initial recommendations, a surgical coordinator will reach out to you again to relay these recommendations as well as ballpark pricing. At this point, you and your surgical coordinator will schedule an in-person consultation with Dr. Coan.

Step 5: Welcome to CARE!

Step into our beautiful Cary, NC office where you will be greeted by our concierge team and directed towards a consultation room. You will then have your initial consultation with Dr. Coan and his team. The doctor will take time to learn about your aesthetic goals and medical history, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Once you have determined a treatment plan, including the procedure and healing process, you will meet with a surgical coordinator who will deliver a quote and provide potential procedure dates.

Step 6: Make it Happen

With your appointment on the calendar and your surgical deposit placed, your final step before cosmetic and reconstructive surgery is a pre-operative appointment with one of our nurses several weeks prior to your surgical date.
