Conan O’Brien Are You Reading This?
Jennifer Aniston and I have something in common, and it’s not fame, fortune or Brad Pitt. It’s brown spots. Like her I’m shameless about the amount of time I spend in the sun (much to the horror of good girl Kristina Gordon) and like her I end up battling hyperpigmentation in the fall months. Unlike her I don’t spend thousands of dollars and 10 days of downtime on laser skin resurfacing because I get a ViPeel twice a year. A relaxing 30 minute application and 2-3 days of peeling dramatically diminished my brown spots last spring. With the recent addition of the Vi Precision Plus, a powerful booster made specifically to treat stubborn melasma and pigmentation, we are seeing even better results. Phase 1 of project ‘reverse sun damage’ was to exfoliate with a microdermabrasion treatment followed by a hydrating oxygen facial. The texture improvement and rejuvenation is noticeable and I’m happy with my results (thank you Rebecca Benedetti)! Phase 2 will be a ViPeel with the booster in September. Phase 3 will be ongoing throughout the winter and will include Botox and Juvederm to complement my skin care routine. We think an affordable peel with minimal downtime a few times a year combined with injectables for fine lines and wrinkles is much more late night talk show worthy than Ms. Aniston’s “laser porn” which doesn’t sound very appealing to any of us anyway!
