Patient Care Coordinator

Kayla began her journey in aesthetics with a strong foundation, graduating from Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute in 2022. With her extensive training in ingredient formulation and advanced treatments, she launched her career as a medspa aesthetician. Her experience behind the table has given her an understanding of not only how treatments work, but how patients feel before, during, and after receiving them. This shapes everything she does as a Patient Care Coordinator. 

Transitioning from the treatment room to patient education, her clinical knowledge allows her to translate complex procedures into clear, approachable conversations, so patients know exactly what to expect before their consultation.

Growing up surrounded by surgeons and nurses, she has developed a natural fluency in the language of medicine and patient connection. That personal history continues to fuel her passion today. She brings empathy and connection to every conversation, believing the best outcomes begin with trust.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys nail art, trying out new vegetarian recipes, and spending quality time with her family. Her favorite treatments are Microneedling with PRP and DEKA. Her skincare staples include the ZO AOX Illuminating Serum, ZO Hydrating Cleanser, and SPF.
