Reconstructive Surgery
Reconstructive surgery is a term used for surgical procedures that are performed on abnormal or traumatized areas of the body caused either by disease, developmental issues, infection or tumors. Since reconstructive procedures are often performed to improve or restore functions, many procedures are covered under insurance plans at varying levels.
