 The term plastic surgery actually includes both terms cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.  Since most cosmetic procedures are based in reconstructive surgery, Dr. Brian Coan is uniquely qualified to perform  cosmetic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.

When patients elect to undergo cosmetic surgery that is not a medical necessity,  the procedure is not covered by insurance.
